HPLC法测定中药穿破石中花旗松素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定中药穿破石中花旗松素含量。方法:采用C_(18)色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸水(pH=2.28±0.05)=32∶68,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长290nm。结果:花旗松素进样量在54.13~1888μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为100.63%,RSD为1.98%。10批样品的花旗松素含量范围为0.09%~0.50%。结论:本方法灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好,可作为中药穿破石含量测定的方法。Objective： To establish a method for determination of taxifolin in Traditional Chinese Medicine Chuanposhi by HPLC. Method： The analytical column was C（18）（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm）,the mobile phase was composed of methanol： 0. 1% phosphoric acid water（ pH = 2. 28 ± 0. 05） = 32∶ 68 at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The wavelength of UV detector was 290 nm. Results： The linear of taxifolin was 54. 13 - 1888μg. The average recovery was 100. 63% with a RSD of 1. 98%. The content range of taxifolin in 10 batches of sample were 0. 12% - 0. 50%. Conclusion： This method possesses excellence of simplify manipulation,high veracity and nicer repeatability.
