化橘红饮片标准汤剂的质量研究

摘　　要：目的:制定化橘红标准汤剂质量标准。方法:制备15批化橘红饮片标准汤剂样品,进行有效成分含量测定,计算出膏率与转移率,建立HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。结果:15批化橘红饮片标准汤剂中柚皮苷转移率范围为37.4%~76.4%,出膏率范围为37.1%~49.5%,用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(2012.130723版)进行指纹图谱分析,确定了8个共有峰,对15批化橘红饮片标准汤剂分别进行了相似度评价,其相似度均大于0.95。结论:本研究可为化橘红配方颗粒的质量控制提供参考依据。Objective： To study the quality standard of Citri Grandis Exocarpium standard decoction. Methods： Fifteen batches of Citri Grandis Exocarpium standard decoction were prepared for determination of the content of the Naringin,then the transfer rate and the extract rate were calculated and a method was established to analyze the fingerprint by HPLC. Results： According to the measurement of 15 batches of samples,the transfer rate of the Naringin was 37. 4% - 76. 4% and the extract rate was 37. 1% - 49. 5%. Moreover 8 common chromatographic peaks were determined based on their fingerprint by using similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）（ 2012. 130723）. The similarity results of 15 batches of samples were analyzed and compared,and the results showed that the similarity was higher than 0. 95. Conclusion： This study can provide a reference for the quality control of Citri Grandis Exocarpium dispensing granules.
