复方黄连素片中芍药苷的含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的:研究HLPC快速测定复方黄连素片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法测定了芍药苷的含量,对供试品溶液线稳定性、重现性等因素进行了考察。结果:HLPC测定复方黄连素中的芍药苷含量的稳定性和线性关系良好。结论:高效液相色谱法对复方黄连素片中芍药苷的含量进行测定有着操作便捷、快速准确的特点,可以广泛用于检测含有芍药苷的中成药品的含量。Objective： Rapid method for determination of paeoniflorin in Compound Berberine Tablets on HLPC. Methods： Mice were perfused stomach animal experiments to examine the ibuprofen granules in the suppression of granuloma formation in the obvi- ous,and with the increase of concentration,changes in contrast to mice writhing time to examine the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. Results： High performance liquid phase chromatography of paeoniflorin in Compound Berberine Tablets content for measuring characteristics of convenient operation, fast and accurate, can be widely used in assays containing the drug content of paeonifLorin.
