摘　　要：电子商务已成为我国经济发展的新动力,对电商产品的质量监管是促进经济健康发展重要手段之一。随着我国电子商务产品质量风险监测机构的建立,监管取证日益困难。本文基于杭州国家电子商务产品质量监处置中心的工作情况,重点研究云存证技术在电子商务产品质量监管过程的应用,以解决证据有效存证的问题,确保监管工作公正高效。E-commerce has become a new driving force for China＇s economic development, and the quality supervision of the E-commerce products is one of the important means to promote the healthy development of the economy. With the establishment of E-commerce quality risk monitoring institutions in China, it is becoming increasingly difficult to supervise and collect evidence. Based on working situation of Hangzhou National E-commerce Product Quality Monitoring Center, this paper focuses on the application of electronic evidence cloud services technology in E-commerce product quality supervision, so as to solve the problem of effective evidence, and ensure fair and efficient supervision.
