摘  要:针对MTP催化剂"评价时间长、再生次数多、反应条件复杂、各周期产品分布波动大"等技术难题,创新开发了MTP催化剂从实验室研制到工业应用全方位性能测试平台,自主研发MTP催化剂通过该评价体系的验证后,已实现工业化应用,运行数据良好,并与评价体系验证结果十分接近,证明评价体系的建立可以很好地验证MTP催化剂的催化性能,实验数据可靠,可为工业运行提供切实的依据。Aiming at the technical problems of MTP catalyst, such as long evaluation time, large number of regeneration times,complicated reaction conditions and large fluctuations in product distribution, the full performance test platform of MTP catalyst from laboratory development to industrial application has been developed and innovated. After the verification of independently developed MTP catalyst through this evaluation system, the industrial application has been realized and the running data are good, and the results are very close to the verification results of the evaluation system. It is proved that the evaluation system can well verify the catalytic performance of the MTP catalyst, the experimental data are reliable and can provide practical basis.
