摘　　要：金融工程专业人才培养是工科类院校本科人才培养的重要环节。本文从金融工程的人才需求和培养目标出发,结合湖南工业大学的实际情况,提出了以高校和企业联合培养金融工程专业的人才培养模式,包括建立高校和企业的实验教学平台,建立金融专业本科生的实践基地;采用"双教师"联合培养金融本科生模式。The training of financial engineering professionals is an important link in the cultivation of undergraduate talents in engineering colleges. Based on the actual needs of financial engineering talents and the training objectives, this paper puts forward the school-enterprise cooperation training mode of financial engineering professional talents combined with the actual situation of Hunan University of Technology, including the establishment of experimental teaching platform for universities and enterprises, and the establishment of financial undergraduate practice base, to train finance talents with ＂double-qualification teacher.
