摘　　要：本文以M财险云南分公司为立足点,分析该公司车险人伤住院探视的现状,探讨车险人伤住院探视中存在的问题,并提出相关完善措施及对策,旨在完善车险人伤住院探视,减少理赔纠纷,实现人伤案件的高效理赔服务。In this thesis, Yunnan Branch of M Property Insurance Company was chosen as an example to analyze the current situation of hospital visit caused by car insurance personal injury. On this basis, problems existing in hospital visit caused by car insurance personal injury are pointed out and relevant improvement countermeasures are proposed, with a view to completing hospital visit caused by car insurance personal injury, reducing claim settlement disputes and realizing efficient claim settlement services of personal injury cases.
