Rotarex治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞4例报道

摘　　要：目的探讨机械血栓切除系统Rotarex治疗肠系膜上动脉缺血性疾病的手术疗效。方法回顾性分析本科2015年7月至2016年5月经机械血栓切除系统治疗的4例肠系膜上动脉缺血性疾病的患者资料,患者入院后诊断明确,急诊行介入手术治疗,术后随访并评估手术疗效。结果 4例患者肠缺血症状术后均得到缓解,顺利出院,手术技术成功率100%,无围术期并发症。结论对肠系膜上动脉缺血性疾病,特别是主干血管栓塞,机械血栓切除可取得良好效果。Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the efficacy of Rotarex for acute superior mesenteric artery(SMA)embolization. Method Four patients with acute SMA ischemia treated by Rotarex between July 2015 and May 2016 in our center were retrospectively analyzed.. The diagnosis of acute SMA ischemia was confirmed, and emergent interventional therapy was provided. The patients were followed up to assess the therapeutic efficacy. Result Symptoms of intestinal ischemia were relieved in all the 4patients, who were discharged smoothly. The technical success rate was 100%, and there were not any complications. Conclusion Rotarex can be used to clear the thrombosis of SMA as an effective choice.
