摘 要:为了分析F-T柴油及其与正丁醇混合燃料对柴油机非常规排放特性的影响,以0~#柴油、F-T柴油及F-T柴油正丁醇混合油为燃料,在增压中冷四缸柴油机上进行了外特性试验;并利用FTIR多组分气体测试仪检测柴油机的甲醛、1,3-丁二烯、二氧化碳(CO_2)、一氧化二氮(N_2O)和甲醇等非常规排放特性。分析结果表明:与柴油相比F-T柴油及其混合燃料可以降低甲醛、1,3-丁二烯、CO_2和N_2O四种非常规排放,甲醇排放略有升高未超过3.11×10^(-6)(ppm),随着正丁醇掺混比例的增加甲醛、1,3-丁二烯、CO_2、N_2O降低的幅度增大,甲醇排放降低。F-T柴油及其混合燃料可以降低柴油机的非常规排放,是煤基和生物质燃料组成的新型替代燃料。In order to analyze the impact of unregulated emissions of F-T diesel and its blended fuels with n-butanol, the experiment was carried out on a turbocharged and intercooled four-cylinder diesel engine using 0# diesel, F-T diesel and the blended fuels of F-T diesel with n-butanol at external characteristics.The emissions were measured by FTIR multi-component gas tester which include formaldehyde, 1, 3-butadiene, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and methanol.The results showed that compared with diesel the F-T diesel and the blended fuels can reduce formaldehyde, 1,3-butadiene, CO2 and N2O four kinds of unregulated emissions, methanol emissions increased slightly not over 3.11×10-6 ppm.With the n-butanol proportion increasing, formaldehyde, 1,3-butadiene, carbon dioxide and nitrous oxide have further decrease and methanol emission also declines.F-T diesel and the blended fuels can reduce unregulated emissions of diesel, and they are new kind of alternative fuels composed by coal-based and biomass.
