摘　　要：为便于指挥员掌握陆军战术通信营作战能力,从评估需求和作战机理两个方面分析了指标体系构建思路,由此构建了面向作战筹划和指挥控制的陆军战术通信干扰营作战能力评估指标体系,并对各个指标进行了说明,最后通过作战运用示例,验证了该指标体系在指挥员作战筹划和指挥控制中的有效性。In order to help commanders to grasp the operational capability of army tactical communication jamming battalion,the ideas for construction of evaluation index system are defined through the analysis on evaluation demand and operational mechanism. According to the ideas,an operational capability evaluation index system of tactical communication jamming battalion is built and each of indexes is illustrated,which can be applied to operational design,command and control. This index system is finally proved helpful for commanders to carry out operational design,command and control by an operational case.
