摘　　要：对以年龄划分被抚养人口的界限标准提出质疑,认为传统的人口抚养比并不能确切地反映劳动人口的实际负担。引入当量消费人口和有效劳动人口概念,分别替代传统人口抚养比中的少年儿童人口、老年人口和劳动年龄人口,对人口抚养比进行精确计算。The boundary of the age-dependent population is questioned.It considers that traditional population dependency ratio does not accurately reflect the actual burden of the working population.The concept of equivalent consumer population and effective labor population are introduced to replace the population of the children,the elderly population and the working age population in the traditional population dependency ratio,and the population dependency ratio is calculated accurately.
