摘　　要：目的:建立诺氟沙星胶囊水分的测定方法,考察57批诺氟沙星胶囊的水分。方法:用无水甲醇作为样品溶剂,用费休氏法测定诺氟沙星胶囊中的水分。结果:方法平均回收率101.15%,RSD为0.88%(n=9)。结论:费休氏法能简便、快速、准确地测定诺氟沙星胶囊中的水分,水分的限度不得过7%。Objective: To establish the determination method of water in Norfloxacin Capsules,the 57 batchs of Norfloxacin Capsules water was investigated. Methods: The sample was solved by anhydrous methanol and measured by Fischer's method. Results: The average recovery rate was 101. 15% and RSD was 0. 88%( n = 9). Conclusion: Fischer's method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of water in Norfloxacin Capsules. The limit of water content is not more than 7%.
