摘　　要：目的分析经腹腔镜胆总管探查切口一期缝合内支架引流术的手术配合。方法选取我院2015年3月~2017年5月收治的胆总管结石疾病患者62例作为研究对象,按摸球法分为对照组(n=31)和干预组(n=31),所有患者均采用腹腔镜胆总管探查切口一期缝合内支架引流术进行治疗,对照组按照常规手术室流程进行,干预组则加强了手术配合,对两组临床效果进行比较。结果对照组患者SAS、SDS评分明显高于干预组,其手术时间、住院时间明显长于干预组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强经腹腔镜胆总管探查切口一期缝合内支架引流术的手术配合,可显著缩短手术时间和康复时间,减轻心理应激,提高护理满意度,具有积极的临床使用和推广意义。Objective To analyze the surgical cooperation of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, primary suture of incision and internal stent drainage. Methods 62 patients with common bile duct stones admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2017 were selected. The patients were divided into control group（n=31） and intervention group（n=31） according to the method of touching the ball. All the patients underwent laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, primary suture of incision and internal stent drainage. The control group followed the routine operating room process. The surgical cooperation was strengthened in the intervention group. The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the control group were significantly higher than those of the intervention group. The operation time and hospital stay in the control group were significantly longer than those in the in tervention group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening surgical cooperation of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration, primary suture of the incision and internal stent drainage can significantly reduce the operation time and recovery time,reduce the psychological stress, and improve the nursing satisfaction, which has a positive clinical use and promotion significance.
