民族植物学视域下凌云县茶文化与长寿现象研究

摘　　要：2012年凌云县被评为"中国长寿之乡",为了解凌云茶文化中的长寿因子,论文采用查阅文献、实地调查、访谈调查等民族植物学方法,研究凌云茶文化与长寿现象的关系。结果表明,凌云名茶白毫具有独特的生长环境、富含硒元素,有着特殊的功能和用途。调查影响长寿现象的茶文化是否因地制宜,揭秘饮茶文化与养生、长寿之间的关系,给人类保健提出可行性建议,有利于促进当地经济发展,并传承中国茶文化,使之发扬光大,造福社会。Lingyun County was named ＂ one of China’s Longevity Towns＂ in 2012. Tolearn about the longevity factors in Lingyun tea culture,this article studies the relationship between Lingyun tea culture and longevity phenomenon by such ethnobotanical methods as reading literature,field investigations,interviews and so on. Results show that Lingyun famous tea Pekoe grow in unique growth environmentrich in selenium which has special functions and uses. The article investigates whether the tea culture that affecting longevity is handled in the light of local circumstances,reveals the relationship between tea culture and health and longevity,and put forwards feasible recommendations for human health so as to promote local economic development,inherit and carry forwards Chinese tea culture,and bring benefit to the society.
