摘　　要：针对目前老年人口增多,老年人看病难、看病贵及生病后得不到及时的问诊咨询和有效治疗的现状,本课题基于安徽省社区医疗水平和老年人口整体自身素质水平,依托互联网采用线上咨询和线下服务相结合的医疗模式,重点研究社区移动医疗APP在安徽实施的可行性。以期有效提高老年人居家养老的生活质量和健康医疗水平,在资源优化的基础上使更多的老人能更好的享受社会主义国家的老年人口医疗保障服务体系。The topic based on community medical level and whole self-quality of aged people in Anhuiprovinc, and relied on the internet by adopting the model of the combination of online consulting and offline servicing to carry out a key research on the feasibility of community mobile medical APP in Anhui province, in order to effectively improve the quality of life and health level of aged people who endowment at home, and make more aged people better enjoy the health care service system of old people in socialist country on the basis of resource optimization
