摘　　要：为了解决玻璃导槽密封条和滚压窗框实际装配中存在的定位不牢及实车匹配间隙问题,文章从玻璃导槽密封条和滚压窗框的定位、结构对比等方面分析了玻璃导槽密封条定位结构的设计优化。改善了因为定位不牢靠而引起的实车外观匹配间隙等问题,从而提高了侧面装饰系统的外观感知效果,为后续滚压窗框车门项目的玻璃导槽密封条的结构设计提供了实践指导。This paper systematically analyzes the design key points for glass run channel in as- pects of location, structure optimization and design solution. This new design solution not only solves the fit and finish issues on the real vehicle, which is caused by location strategy is not stable, but also improves the side view appearance of the decoration system. Practical guidance is provided for the fu- ture design of rolling window frame glass run channel seal.
