摘　　要：思想政治素养规定了公民对政治、文化、社会和人生的基本认知和要求,是大学生核心素养结构中的首要素养,是核心素养体系的灵魂和核心。思想政治素养在核心素养体系中起着导向与引领,动力与促进,渗透、整合与协调作用。The ideological and political quality makes basic cognition and requirement of citizens for politics,culture,society and life.It is the primary accomplishment of college students＇ core quality,the soul and the core of core-quality system.The ideological and political quality plays a role of guiding and leading,motivation and promotion,penetration,integrating and coordinating in core-quality system.
