摘　　要：目前,健康大数据主要应用于健康管理、传染病监测预警、医疗保险提效控费、药品支出提效等领域,其发展存在隐私保护面临新挑战、数据共享开放程度不高、法律法规体系不完善等问题,建议规范健康数据的获取、加强健康数据境外传输监管、重视健康数据匿名化、完善健康数据资源开放共享机制。At present, health data is mainly used in the fields of health management, infectious disease monitoring and early warning, improving the efficiency of controlling medical insurance expenditure, and enhancing the efficiency of drug expenditure and others. There are many problems during the development process, including for example new challenge facing in privacy protection, low openness suggested to standardize the acquisition of health data, attention to the anonymity of health data, and improve in data sharing and imperfect laws and regulation system. It is strengthen the supervision of health data transmission abroad, pay the open sharing mechanism of health data resources
