摘　　要：目的为降低预防接种风险,最大程度保证朝觐人员预防接种安全。方法通过分析朝觐人群预防接种特点,利用科学管理方法,建立有效的预防接种安全体系。结果构建朝觐人群预防接种安全体系。结论建立预防接种安全体系,保障朝觐人员身体健康,防止传染病在国际间传播、流行。Objective To decrease the risk of vaccination and ensure the safety of vaccination for pilgrimage people on the largest extent. Method Establishing an effective and safe vaccination system by analyzing the feature of vaccination for pilgrimage people and using scientific management methods. Result To establish a safe vaccination system for pilgrimage people. Conclusion The establishment of a safe vaccination system can guarantee the health of pilgrimage people and prevent the transmission and epidemic of infectious diseases internationally.
