摘　　要：目的分析山西省境外输入性疟疾的流行病学特征,探讨出入境人员疟疾防控策略,为输入性疟疾防控工作提供依据。方法对2016年发现的2例疑似疟疾病例进行流行病学调查和实验室检查。结果 2例病例均有疟疾流行国家生活工作史,有间歇性高热、寒战、大量出汗等症状,实验室血液涂片查见疟原虫,疟疾胶体金法初筛疟原虫阳性,综合分析后,确诊为输入性疟疾。结论山西口岸面临输入性疟疾的威胁,需进一步加强多部门合作机制,加强出入境检验检疫机构对出入境人员的健康咨询,归国人员的传染病监测,强化各级医疗单位和临床医生对疟疾等传染病的认识,降低境外输入性疟疾的危害。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of overseas imported malaria in Shanxi Province and explore the strategies and priorities in prevention and control, so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control of imported malaria. Methods The laboratory diagnosis for malaria and the epidemiological method were used for the two suspected malaria cases which were identified in 2016. Results All cases had the experience of living and working in those countrieswhere malaria is prevailing. They also had much malaria symptoms that were intermittent paroxysmal shiver, high fever and massive perspiration. The blood smear testing found the malaria parasite, and thelaboratory examination result was positive by the gold labeled method. We believe that these were imported malaria cases through a comprehensive analysis. Conclusion The situation of overseas imported malaria in Shanxi Province is severe. It is necessary to establish the multi-section cooperation mechanism, enhance the health consultation and monitoring of infectious diseases for migrant Labors. All medical units at all levels and clinician should intensify the knowledge of infectious diseases such as malaria to reduce the risk of overseas imported malaria.
