摘 要:目的掌握泰州口岸蚊类种群构成、分布、密度和季节消长,为防治口岸蚊类和蚊媒传染病提供科学依据。方法定人、定时、定点、定方法、定器械捕捉蚊虫。采用诱蚊灯法对泰州口岸不同生境蚊类进行调查,进行种类鉴定和病原体检测,并对资料进行统计分析。结果此次调查共捕获成蚊1568只,经分类鉴定隶属于4属5种。淡色库蚊占捕获总数的68.69%,为泰州口岸优势蚊种。年密度为7.2只/盏,病原体检测均为阴性。结论泰州口岸成蚊密度处于较高水平,季节消长规律明显,不同生境蚊种构成和平均密度存在一定差异,淡色库蚊为泰州口岸的绝对优势种,应成为今后防治的重点。应重点清除蚊类滋生地,在监测的基础上建立风险分析系统,进行风险预警和风险管理。Objective to grasp the composition, distribution, density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes atTaizhou port, so asto provide scientific basis for prevention and control of mosquitoesand mosquito-borne diseases at port. Methods Set People, time, location, method and devices to capture insects. Using lamp method for investigation of mosquitoes at Taizhou port in different habitats to carry out species identification and pathogen detection and then do statistical analysis of data. Results A total of 1568 numbers of mosquitoes were collected in this investigation, and classified into 4 subjections and 5 species. Culexpipienspallens accounts for68.69% of the total catch, which is the dominant mosquito species at Taizhou port. The annual density was 7.2/only, and the pathogens were negative. Conclusion Taizhou port mosquito density was at a high level. The seasonal variation was obviousand there were some differences in mosquito species composition and average density in different habitats. Culexpipienspallens, as an absolutely dominant species at Taizhou port, should be the focus of prevention and control in the future.The mosquito breeding areas should be cleared out, and risk analysis system should be established on the basis of monitoring to carry out risk early warning and risk management.
