山东省参与艾滋病防治社会组织人力资源现况

摘　　要：目的了解山东省参与艾滋病防治的社会组织人力资源现状,为今后更好地指导社会组织参与艾滋病防治工作提供参考依据。方法自行设计问卷,对山东省参与艾滋病防治工作现有社会组织人员进行普查。结果共收回问卷234份,男162人(69.65%),女72人(30.35%),平均(36.86±11.25)岁,大专及以上文化程度人员占60.69%,医学专业背景人员占38.03%;专职人员占35.09%;同伴教育员占59.83%。主要从业原因为帮助别人、实现个人价值、认识更多的朋友等。结论山东省参与艾滋病防治社会组织队伍中,从业人员文化程度相对较高,认同组织公益性,同时存在专职人员比例低、人员流失等现象。Objective To investigate the status of human resources for AIDS control in Shandong Province,and to provide references for social organizations involved. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey all personnel in social organizations involved with AIDS control and prevention. Results A total of 241 questionnaires were distributed and 234 solid ones were collected. The respondents included 162 male（ 69. 65%） and 72 female（ 30. 35%）,aged 36. 86 ± 11.25 years averagely. Of all respondents,60. 69% had obtained college degree,and 38. 03% had medical background;35. 09% were full-time staff,and 59. 83% were peer education members. The main reasons for taking such a job were to help people in need,to achieve personal values,to knowmore friends,and to seek psychological sustenancein the organizations. Conclusion The personnel in AID control and prevention organizations in Shandong Province has relatively high level of education,and acknowledge the public welfare of such organizations. However,the proportion of full-time staff is low,and there exists staff loss in the organizations.
