摘  要:为解决我国水果采摘环节机械化程度低的现状,设计了一款基于传感器的自动识别水果采摘机.该装置由伸缩杆、伸缩式水果入口、手柄、处理器、电源、锁死机构、自动识别入袋器、刀片和减速带等部件构成.采摘时,将水果放入伸缩式水果入口,自动识别系统将会通过自动报警的方式提示,通过手动开关切断果柄,水果落入减速带,落至地面速度降至零左右,完成采摘并方便拾取,其中伸缩杆可以实现采摘不同高度的水果.该自动识别采摘机成本低,结构比较简单,具有通用性和可操作性,适用于大多数果园采摘.能高效、快速地采摘水果,极大程度上减少了劳动力,提高了采摘效率.In order to solve the current situation of low mechanization of fruit picking in our country,a automatic recognition identification fruit picking machine based on sensor was designed.The device is made up of telescopic rod,retractable fruit inlet,handle,processor,power supply equipment,lock facility,automatically identified bag,blade,speed reduction belt,etc.At harvest,the fruit is placed into a telescopic fruit inlet,automatic identification system will be prompted by means of automatic alarm,the fruit stem is cut off through the manual switch,and the fruit falls into a speed bump to controll the ground speed to zero.The automatic recognition fruit picking machine's self cost is low.It has a simple structure and easy to use.The machine is suitable for most orchard picking.It is efficient and quick to pick fruit,greatly reducing the labor force and improving the efficiency of picking.
