眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对于糖尿病性视网膜病变的患者采用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗进行治疗的临床效果进行全面分析。方法选取我院在2015年5月至2016年12月期间接受的视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者通过相关临床检测确诊为糖尿病性视网膜病变,将研究对象采用数字随机法进行平均分组,对照组患者采用常规的视网膜病变治疗方式,运用眼底激光治疗手段进行治疗;观察组患者在使用常规治疗手段的基础上联合雷珠单抗进行治疗,在治疗结束后通过跟踪随访以及疗效评测确定临床疗效。结果在本文研究过程中,使用眼底激光联合雷珠单抗相比传统治疗手段具有明显优势,治愈效果以及总有效率显著高于对照组。结论眼底激光联合雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变效果良好,具有推广意义。Objetive To analyze the clinical effect of fundus laser photocoagulation combined with intravitreal injection of Lucentis in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Method the patients with diabetic retinopathy in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2016 were enrolled. All patients were diagnosed as diabetic retinopathy by relevant clinical examination. The subjects were divided randomly by digital random method; the control group was treated by fundus laser photocoagulation. The patients in the observation group were treated with intravitreal injection of Lucentis on the basis of routine treatment. Results In the process of this study, the use of laser photocoagulation combined with Lucentis has obvious advantages, and the curative effect and total effective rate is significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion the fundus laser combined with intravitreal injection of Lucentis has good effect in treating diabetic retinopathy. And it has the significance of popularization
