摘 要:对弃风影响因素的准确分析是提高风电消纳能力的基础。以海量风电单机运行数据为基础,开展数据质量分析,在确保数据质量的条件下进行数据的深度挖掘,提出了基于风电单机数据的场外、场内弃风电量精细化评估方法,一方面可精确计算场外、场内不同原因导致的弃风电量,另一方面结合风机故障代码对风机设备停运情况进行分析,查找设备运行薄弱环节。结合我国"三北"地区某省级电网风电场实际运行数据的仿真分析,表明所提方法能够定量分析不同原因导致的弃风电量,找到制约风电消纳的短板,对促进风电消纳具有积极意义。The accurate evaluation of comprehensive wind energy curtailment reason is important to improve the wind power generating capacity. Based on the massive remote measurement and communication data of wind turbine,the data quality analysis is conducted and the evaluation method of wind power utilization is presented. Quantitative analysis of all aspects is illustrated to find the different reasons for wind power curtailment and the constraints of wind power accommodation. The outage of wind turbine is analyzed to achieve the whole process,multi-dimensional,fine closed-loop management. Through quantitative analysis of wind farm data in north China,the dominant factor leading to wind power curtailment is put forward,so the effective rectification could be proposed to enhance the wind power utilization level which has a high positive significance.
