摘　　要：中国特色生态法治建设在全面推进依法治国的顶层框架下展开,受其影响与引导;同时作为中国特色社会主义法治体系中最前沿、最活跃的组成部分,生态法治体系建设担负着中国法治体系改革的排头兵。中国特色生态法治体系建设的复杂性、本土性、渐进性决定了其必然面向中国的法治实践,是不断回应与对接中国本土资源需求的法治体系建设过程。在全面推进依法治国的框架下细化生态法治的建设路径,汲取近四十年生态法治建设的经验与教训,系统推进科学的生态法律体系、严格的生态执法体系、公正的生态司法体系、自觉的生态守法体系"四位一体"的中国特色生态法治体系建设是一个面向未来的新课题。The construction of China＇ s ecological rule of law is under the top framework of comprehensively advancing the rule of law,influenced and guided by it. At the same time,as the most active part of the socialist system of rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the construction of ecological legal system bears the vanguard of China＇ s reform of the rule of law system. It＇ s complexity,aboriginality and gradualness determines that it must face Chinese practice,and constantly respond to Chinese indigenous resources. How to elaborate the construction path of ecological rule of law under the top framework,how to learn from the experience and lessons of nearly 40 years of ecological rule of law and how to build the ＂four-in-one＂ system of ecological rule of law（ scientific ecological legal system,strict ecological law enforcement system,fair ecological judicial system,conscious ecological law-abiding system）,is a new topic for the future.
