摘 要:采用数值方法研究了在蜗壳内部和压气机进口非对称流场的耦合作用下,非均衡进气双面离心压气机周向流场结构的差异。结果表明:后方叶轮进口轴向速度在周向上存在着较大的差异,且其不均匀程度随流量增大而增强。叶轮不同叶片槽道出口射流-尾迹结构也存在差别,蜗壳内高静压区对应的叶片槽道尾迹区域增大。扩压器内周向静压分布形式与蜗壳内部相同,不同半径位置上静压分布的不均匀程度基本相同,但随着流量的减小,不均匀程度减弱。The circumferential flow field difference of an unbalanced intake double-sided centrifugal compressor under the coupling effects of the volute interior and asymmetric flow field of compressor inlet was studied in numerical method. The results show that there is a large circumferential difference in the inlet axial velocity of the rear impeller, and the non-uniform degree of the rear impeller is enhanced with the flow rate increases. Impeller outlet jet wake structures of different blade channels vary. The blade channel wake regions corresponding to the high static pressure zone in the volute increases. The circumferential static pressure distributions in diffuser are the same as that in the volute interior. At different radius positions, the static pressure distributions are basically the same, but the degree of uniformity reduces with the the flow rate decreases.
