摘  要:材料结构界面的接触热阻对飞行器热防护和热控制系统的性能有直接影响,在设计和研制阶段均要慎重考虑。本文提出了一种测量板间接触热阻的新方法——"叠片法",即采用多个样件层叠的方式,可以较方便、准确地测量不同平板金属之间、非金属之间以及金属与非金属材料接触界面的实际接触热阻。通过对典型样件的测试分析,结果表明测量方法能够满足工程应用的需要。The interfacial thermal contact resistance (TCR) of material structure has a direct impact on the performance of the thermal protection and control system of aircraft, which should be considered carefully in the design and development stage. In this paper, "lamination method" is proposed for measuring TCR between plates. By laminating multiple specimens, the actual interracial TCR between different fiat metals, non-metallic materials, as well as metal and non-metallic materials can be measured more conveniently and accurately. Further, some typical specimens were tested and analyzed, and the results show that the "lamination method" can meet the needs of engineering application.
