摘 要:本文研究了具有超疏水润湿特性的磁流体座滴在均匀磁场作用下变形的数值模拟方法,采用实验结果对该方法进行了有效的验证。研究中观察的是水基磁流体座滴被磁场拉伸,座滴周围充满与其不互溶的矿物油,均匀磁场方向平行于基板表面。本文发展了问题的数学描述,建立了多物理场模型,采用有限体积法对控制方程进行求解,level-set方法对两种不相溶的液体之间的界面进行定义和追踪,得到了不同磁场特性下座滴所具有的形态。In the presence of a uniform magnetic field, the deformation of a ferrofluid droplet is inves- tigated numerically with hydrophobic wetting property on a solid surface. The model is verified with experimental results. In this study, the water-based ferrofluid droplet is stretched horizontally in the same direction with the magnetic field applied. The droplet is immersed in immiscible mineral oil for both easier capture and evaporation prevention. This paper develops the mathematical description of the problem with multiphysics model established. The governing equations are solved by finite volume method with the interface tracking by the level-set principle. The comparison between the compu- tational and experimental results is conducted on droplet shape under different magnetic Bond number.
