《石油浮放设备隔震技术标准》的编制与应用

摘　　要：《石油浮放设备隔震技术标准》由中国石油天然气集团公司抗震办公室和江苏省地震局主编 ,于 1999年 3月公布 ,1999年 10月开始实施。标准采用以概率理论为基础的二级设防标准 ,提出了体现浮放设备隔震设计原则的隔震系数和控制最大位移验算的二个概率水准设计要求 ,适用于设防烈度为 6～ 9度地区浮放设备的隔震设计及安装。实践证明 ,该标准提供的设计方法简便、实用、合理 ,可操作性强 ,技术上先进。本文简介了标准的主要内容 。Standard of Seismic Isolation Technique for Unfixed Equipments in petroleum Industry was compiled by the Chinese petroleum-Gas Group Company and the Jiangsu provincial Seismological Bureau The Standard was promulgated in March 1999 and put into effect from October 1999 The sceond grade of earthquake fortification levelbased on probability theory was used in the standard,which reflects the principle of isolation design for unfixed equipments to use the isolation the checking of maximum displacements The Standard is used for the seismic isolaion design and erection of unfixed equipments in regions of fortification intensity of 6-9 practice showed that the design method provided by the Standard is simple, reasonable and advanced in technology The main contents of the standard and problems tha should be considered in revision are briefly introduced in the paper
