摘　　要：通过对临床路径推广及应用的现状分析,指出我国临床路径管理的主要问题,并以这些问题为前提对临床路径管理的实施、变异、评估作深入的研究,使用面向服务设计思想的,基于SaaS模式的提供服务的临床路径管理平台,建立以病人为中心,"同病同治"医疗服务体系,达到资源整合、提高医疗质量、控制不合理医疗费、提高患者满意度的目的,令患者得到最好的治疗。Clinical pathway is focused on some kind of disease and establishes a standardized treatment program that is based on the time the patient visits the process, combined with treatment, the examination and treatment project, the order and time limits for requirements to increase the manage the quality in healthcare concerning the standardization of care processes. Describes the situation of medical information tech- nology, and trends in our country and abroad, summaries the imbalance situation of China＇s medical information technology and the essen- tial trends of integrated hospital information system. Combined with the SaaS architecture and service-oriented design techniques ideas, es- tablishes a patient-centered, knowledge-based clinical pathway guidelines, to meet the needs of multi-tenant clinical pathway manage- ment platform.
