摘 要:研制了一种三效管式海水淡化装置,对其进行了定功率和太阳能加热运行实验研究,分析了该淡化装置的产水性能及影响因素。定功率实验研究表明,当淡化装置加热功率为300 W时,其性能系数最高达约1.32,提升淡化装置蒸发传热,同时降低热量耗散(辐射耗散和对流耗散),加大装置冷凝温差可以提升淡化装置性能。太阳能加热实验结果表明,淡化装置的产水性能受太阳辐射值、太阳能集热系统效率、热源稳定性、环境温度与风速等多种因素影响,特别是热源稳定性对装置性能有较大影响。A kind of self-made three-effect tubular seawater desalination still has been developed ,and experimental researches on its fixed-power heating and solar energy heating operation carried out. The water producing perfor-mance and influential factors of the desalination device are analyzed. The fixed-power experimental results show that when the heating power of the desalination device is 300 W,the maximum performance coefficient reaches about 1.32. The performance of the desalination device can be improved by increasing the evaporating heat-transfer of the desalination device,decreasing the heat dissipation(radiation dissipation and convective flow dissipation), and increasing the condensation temperature difference of the device. The solar energy heating experimental results show that the water producing performance of the device is affected by various factors ,such as solar radiation val-ue,the efficiency of solar energy gathering system,the stability of heat sources,environmental temperature,wind velocity,etc. The stability of heat sources has greater influence on the device performance especially.
