摘　　要：中苏造船股份公司是新中国成立初期中苏两国政府共同投资经营的一家股份制修造船企业。由于两国政府管理有方,公司双方人员密切配合,尽管该公司只存在了短短三年时间,但企业生产蓬勃发展,技术不断进步,取得了一系列令人瞩目的成就。该公司不仅成为我国一个较为先进的船舶综合企业,而且成为我国发展造船工业的一支重要力量。与此同时,该公司通过主要承接苏联的修造船任务,也为苏联的国民经济建设尤其是交通航运事业的发展做出了贡献。Sino-Soviet Shipbuilding Company was a joint-stock shipbuilding enterprise jointly invested and operated by the two governments in the early of new China. As the two governments were well-managed and both sides of the company closely cooperated with each other, although the company had only a short span of three years, the company's production got vigorous development and technology got continuously progress and had achieved a series of remarkable achievements. The company had not only become a more advanced shipbuilding multi-enterprise in China, but also become an important force for the development of shipbuilding industry in China. At the same time, the company had made contributions to the Soviet Union's national economy construction, especially the development of transportation and shipping business by mainly undertaking the Soviet Union's shipbuilding task.
