摘 要:为探讨节节麦(Aegilops tauschii)对甲基二磺隆的抗性,测定了甲基二磺隆对河南省10个地区节节麦株高和根长的抑制效应.结果表明:从节节麦株高看,对甲基二磺最不敏感的获嘉(新乡)节节麦种群是最敏感的虞城(商丘)节节麦种群的4.418倍,其IC50分别为45.549 g/hm^2和10.310 g/hm^2(按有效成分计).而从节节麦的根长看,对甲基二磺最不敏感的温县(焦作)节节麦种群是最敏感的遂平(驻马店)节节麦种群的19.373倍,其IC50分别为489.817 g/hm^2和25.283 g/hm^2,节节麦茎和根对甲基二磺隆的敏感度存在不一致性,茎比根表现更为敏感.但这均表明这些地区的节节麦对甲基二磺隆产生了不同程度的抗性.To explore the level of resistance of Aegilops tauschii to mesosulfuron,susceptibility of 10 populations of A.tauschii from Henan province to mesosulfuron was determined.The results through the method of whole plant experiment indicated the stalk in Huojia(Xinxiang) was the least susceptible while the stalk in Yucheng(Shangqiu)was the most susceptible.The IC_(50) of them was 45.549 and 10.310 g/hm^2 respectively,and the ratio of them was 4.418 times.However the root in Wenxian(Jiaozuo) was the least susceptible while the root in Suiping(Zhumadian) was the most susceptible.The IC_(50) of them was 489.817 and 25.283 g/hm^2,respectively,and the ratio of them was 19.373 times.Susceptibility of the stalk and root to mesosulfuron was inconsistent,and stalk was more susceptible than root.But it showed that A.tauschii of these regions has developed different levels of resistance to mesosulfuron,this provides theoretical foundation and basis for mechanism of resistance of A.tauschii to herbicides.
