摘　　要：为了解犬瘟热病例消化系统的病理变化发生过程和机制,对3例自然感染犬瘟热的藏獒病例进行了临床观察和病理学研究.采取病犬胃、肠、肝脏、胰腺等组织器官,按照石蜡组织切片制作技术进行切片.经H.E染色、PAS糖原染色以及免疫ABC染色后观察,可以清晰地观察到细胞核与细胞质的形态变化以及细胞浆出现的包涵体.结果显示:这些病例的消化系统出现了严重病变.肝脏水肿,中央静脉和窦状隙扩张,淋巴管扩大且管腔内含大量丝状蛋白,肝细胞严重变性,在细胞浆内或核内有包涵体存在;胃肠道黏膜上皮细胞坏死,部分胞浆呈空泡状,黏膜上皮肿胀、脱落,淋巴细胞浸润;胰腺萎缩,H.E染色可见胰岛细胞变性,细胞核浓缩.犬瘟热病毒对消化器官的入侵,可发生明显的机能障碍变化,这些病变为探究犬瘟热的发病机制、诊断和预防工作奠定了基础.In order to understand the pathological changes,process and mechanism of digestive system in canine distemper,the clinical observation and pathological study of 3 cases of Tibetan mastiff infected with canine distemper were carried out.The stomach,intestines,liver,pancreas and other tissues of the diseased dog were taken and sliced according to the technique of paraffin section.After H.E staining,PAS staining and ABC staining,the morphological changes of the nucleus and cytoplasm and the inclusion bodies of the cytoplasm were observed.The results showed severe digestive disease in these cases.Liver edema,central vein and sinusoidal dilatation,lymphatic lumen expansion,and contains a large number of filamentous protein,liver cells had serious degeneration,inclusion bodies in the cytoplasm or nucleus;gastrointestinal mucosal epithelial cell necrosis,cytoplasmic vacuoles appeared,epithelial swelling and shedding of lymphocytes.Pancreatic atrophy and H.E staining showed islet degeneration and nuclear condensation.The invasion of canine distemper virus into the digestive organs could lead to obvious dysfunction.These series of lesions have laid the foundation for the study of the pathogenesis,diagnosis and prevention of canine distemper.
