摘　　要：目的:掌握天津市公共场所监督管理现状,为天津市公共场所卫生监督工作提供科学依据。方法:通过文献研究法查阅专业领域书籍和文献,梳理汇总公共场所相关法律法规修订情况,通过访谈法了解各类公共场所卫生监督存在的问题及对策建议。结果:部分标准可操作性不强,部分违法行为认定难,自由裁量标准科学性有待提高。结论:规范公共场所从业人员行为,完善和修订公共场所卫生法律法规,加大违法行为查处力度,为今后对公共场所的监督管理提供借鉴和参考。Objective： to master present situation of public places health supervision and provide a scientific basis for public health supervision in Tianjin. Methods： reviewing professional books and literature by literature research, combing and summarizing the revise of relevant laws and regulations in public places, understanding all kinds of existing problems and countermeasures on public places health supervision through the interview method Results： Operability of some standards is not strong. Some illegal behavior are difficult to punish. Discretion standard is not scientific. Conclusion： It＇s necessary to regulate the behavior of employees in public places, improve and revise public health laws and regulations, increase the intensity of illegal punishment, provide reference to the supervision and management of public places in the future.
