摘　　要：2005年,原国家卫生部开展打击非法行医活动以来,各级卫生监督机构打击非法行医的力度越来越大。但因打击非法行医被追究刑事责任的卫生监督员也越来越多,致使卫生监督员无人愿意从事打击非法行医工作。我县加强和法院、检察院、公安机关的沟通交流,逐步理顺打击非法行医工作机制,为打击非法行医创造一个良好的工作环境,使打击非法行医工作顺利进行。Since 2005, the Ministry of Health cracked down on illegal practice, health supervision agencies at all levels combat illegal practice with increasing strength. Because increasing health supervisors are investigated criminal responsibility, which result in no health supervisor willing to fight against the illegal practice. By strengthe- ning communication among health supervision agency, county court, and county court, procuratorate and public security organ, our county gradually straighten out the working mechanism on illegal practice, to create a good working environment for the illegal practice and smoothly carry out the combat on illegal practice.
