摘　　要：癌痛是晚期肿瘤的常见症状,严重影响生活质量,三阶梯疗法虽然在不同程度上能极大缓解癌痛,但多伴有各种副作用,如恶心、便秘等消化道症状。针灸止痛曾广泛应用,由于现代医学三阶梯止痛的发展,发展并不理想,董氏奇穴把调气通经和刺络调血相结合,同时使用特效奇穴及特殊的针法,因此在治疗痛证方面具有疗效。文中采用董氏奇穴疗法为三阶梯止痛药效果不佳的患者行董氏奇穴针刺止痛,临床疗效显著,此方法或可为中医镇痛提供新思路。Cancer pain is the common symptom of advanced tumor and seriously affects the living quality of patient. The three - step analgesic ladder therapy relieves pain to the largest extent, but induces any side effects, such as nausea and constipation. Analgesic effect of acupuncture has been widely used and it is not so developed nowadays due to the extensive development of the three - step analgesic ladder therapy in modem medicine. The acupuncture at Dong＇s extraordinary points focuses on the regulating meridian qi and regulating blood with pricking and bleeding technique. It achieves the therapeutic effects on pain disorders with the application of specific extraordinary pints and needling techniques. In the paper, the acupuncture at Dong＇s extraordinary points was used for the patients with failed effects of three - step analgesic ladder therapy. The clinical therapeutic effects were significant. Hence, this therapy may be a new approach to TCM anal- gesia.
