复方丹参片联合曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方丹参片联合曲美他嗪片治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择2014年7月-2016年1月收治的128例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,按照患者自愿原则分为治疗组与对照组,每组64例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,治疗组采用复方丹参片联合曲美他嗪片口服治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程。观察两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率,统计分析两组患者治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间的变化。结果两组病例治疗后临床总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前治疗组与对照组心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛持续时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组各项指标均降低,治疗组患者发作频率及持续时间与对照组比较降低程度更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参片联合曲美他嗪片在治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疾病方面与单纯西药治疗比较,其临床疗效更加确切,显著改善了患者的临床症状,心绞痛发作频率及持续时间明显缩短,药物安全性高,是临床上值得采用的治疗手段。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects on unstable angina pectoris in cor- onary heart disease treated with compound danshen tablets and trimetazidine and the changes in the attack frequency of angina pectoris and persistent time before and after treatment. Methods From July 2014 to February 2016,128 patients of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease were collected. According to patient voluntary principle,they were divided into a treatment group and a control group, 64 cases in each one. In the control group, the routine western medicine was used. In the treatment group, compound danshen tablets and trimetazidine were used together in oral administration. The treatment for 7 days was as 1 session. Continuous four sessions of treatment were required. The total effective rate was observed after treatment in the two groups. The attack frequency of angina pectoris and persistent time before and after treatment were an- alyzed statistically. Results The total effective rates were different significantly between the two groups after treatment（P 〈0.05）. Before treatment,the attack frequency of angina pectoris and persistent time were not different significantly between the treatment group and the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, every index was reduced in the two groups. The attack frequency of angina peetoris and persistent time in the treat- ment were significantly reduced as compared with those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined medication of compound danshen tablets and trimetazidine achieves more definite clinical therapeu- tic effects as compared with simple western medicine. It significantly relieves the clinical symptoms, apparent- ly shortens the attack frequency of angina pectoris and persistent time and is high in medication safety. Hence ,this medication deserves to be adopted in clinical treatment.
