中医微创板障减压术治疗板障高压性头痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医微创板障减压术治疗板障高压性头痛的方法和疗效。方法 41例板障高压性头痛患者均给予中医微创板障减压术治疗。结果治疗后痊愈38例,有效3例,无效0例,痊愈率92.68%,总有效率100%。术后甲襞微循环测试较术前有十分明显的改善,术后即刻、术后1周和术后4周VAS疼痛视觉类比评分同术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中医微创板障减压术治疗板障高压性头痛疗效满意,是一项值得推广的中医微创疗法。Objective To discuss the therapeutic method and effect on diploic hypertensive head- ache treated with minimally invasive dip]oic decompression of TCM. Methods Forty - one patients of dip]oic hypertensive headache were treated with minimally invasive diploic decompression of TCM. Results After treatment ,38 cases were cured ,3 cases effective and 0 case failed. The curative rate was 92.68% and the to- tal effective rate was 100%. After operation, the results of microcirculation test of fold were improved appar- ently as compared with those before treatment. The immediate VAS score after operation was different signifi- cantly from that before operation（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The minimally invasive diploic decompression of TCM achieves the satisfactory therapeutic effects on diploie hypertensive headache. It is worthy to be promo- ted in the minimally invasive decompression of TCM.
