复方苦黄洗剂激光坐浴治疗混合痔术后患者68例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方苦黄洗剂激光坐浴对混合痔术后患者的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的124例混合痔术后患者随机分为两组,对照组56例采用普通激光坐浴,治疗组采用激光坐浴配合本院自制复方苦黄洗剂治疗。观察并记录患者术后伤口疼痛及愈合情况。结果术后疼痛积分,治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伤口治愈率治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医治愈率治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现不良反应。结论复方苦黄洗剂激光坐浴对混合痔患者术后疗效优于普通激光坐浴,该方法是一种安全有效的混合痔术后护理方法,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects on postoperative mixed hemor- rhoids in the patients treated with laser sitz bath and compound kuhuang lotion. Methods One hundred and twenty - four patients of postoperative mixed hemorrhoids in compliance with the inclusive criteria were ran- domized into two groups （56 cases in the control group and 68 cases in the treatment group. In the control group, the common laser sitz bath was used. In the treatment group, the laser sitz bath was combined with self -prepared compound kuhuang lotion. The postoperative wound pain and wound healing were observed and recorded. Results The postoperative pain score was（ 1.03 ＋ 1.56） in the treatment group,less than（ 1.68 ~ 1.78 ） in the control group, indicating the significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The wound curative rate was 80.9% in the treatment ,higher than 62.5% in the control group, indicating the significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions were not found in the two groups. Conclusion The combination of laser sitz bath and compound kuhuang lotion achieves the better therapeutic effects on postoperative mixed hemorrhoids compared with the common laser sitz bath. This combined treatment is safe and effective in the postoperative nursing for mixed hemorrhoids and deserves to be promoted.
