摘　　要：目的:探究早期空肠内营养支持在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者中取得的治疗效果,并分析给患者免疫功能带来的影响。方法:择取2014年1月1日至2015年12月31日这2年间于笔者所在医院治疗SAP的40例患者,均在治疗期间给予肠内营养支持(EN),按照给予EN的不同时间为患者分组:20例给予早期EN的患者归入研究组,20例给予延迟EN的患者归入对照组。组间对比两组患者的临床疗效及相关免疫功能指标。结果:研究组总有效率为95%(19/20),对照组则为75%(15/20),两组在疗效上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。但是在IgG、IgM、IgA等免疫球蛋白水平上,研究组全部优于对照组,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于SAP患者来说,尽早给予EN可以有效提高机体免疫功能、改善患者预后结果。Objective：To explore the early jejunum nutrition support in patients with severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） in the treat- ment effect, and analysis to the effects of immune function in patients with. Methods： will pick on January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2015 the two years from the author＇s hospital treated 40 eases of SAP patients with enteral nutrition（EN ） support during treatment, ac- cording to the different time for patients＇ group： 20 patients with given EN early into the team, 20 patients with give delay EN in the control group. Group contrast between the two groups of patients with the clinical efficacy of immune function and the related indica- tors. Results： the total effective rate was 95% （19/20） research group, control group was 75% （15/20）, there is no statistical difference of two groups in curative effect （P〉0.05）. But in immunoglobulin levels, such as, all team is better than that of control group, the statis- tical difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： for patients with SAP early enough EN can effectively improve the body＇s immune function, improving the prognosis of patients.
