摘　　要：目的:分析ICU发生多重耐药菌感染的危险因素及控制措施。方法:选择我院2014年1月至2015年12月收治的ICU患者550例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,对多重耐药菌感染发生的危险因素进行分析,并提出有效的控制措施。结果:全部550例患者中,共分离出病原菌833株,多重耐药菌共有606株,主要为鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种以及大肠埃希菌。结论:ICU患者发生多重耐药菌感染的几率较高,多重耐药菌感染的发生,不仅会对患者造成身体方面的痛苦,同时也会让患者的经济负担增加,临床中应严格遵守相关的操作规程,加强手卫生和环境卫生工作,有效落实消毒隔离措施,加强学习和培训,强化耐药菌的管理和检测,抗生素合理应用,最终来对ICU多重耐药菌感染进行有效防控。Objective： To analyze the risk factors and control measures of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in ICU. Methods： From January 2014 to December 2015 admitted in the intensive care unit （ICU） 550 cases were selected in our hospital. Retrospective analysis of the clinical data, on multi drug resistant bacteria infection risk factors were analyzed, and puts forward some effective con- trol measures. Results： 550 cases in all patients were isolated from 833 strains of pathogenic bacteria, multi drug resistant bacteria to- tal strain 606, mainly for coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia Acinetobacter baumannii grams of Klebsi- ella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli. Conclusion： There are multi drug resistant bacteria infection was associated with a higher chance of ICU patients, the occurrence of multi drug resistant bacteria infection will not only cause physical pain of patients, but also increase the economic burden of the patients, clinical in should be in strict compliance with the relevant procedures, strengthening the hand hygiene and environmental sanitation, effective implementation of disinfection and isolation measures, strengthen the study and training, strengthen the management and detection of antibiotic resistant bacteria, rational use of antibiotics, and ultimately to effective prevention and control of multi drug resistant bacteria in ICU infection.
