金甲散结丸对中枢性性早熟儿童性激素LH、FSH、E2水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨金甲散结丸在中枢性性早熟儿童治疗中的应用价值及其对黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)的影响。方法:随机将156例中枢性性早熟患儿分为两组,其中以接受促性腺激素释放激素拟似剂(GnRHa)治疗为对照组,患儿76例,以接受金甲散结丸治疗者为治疗组,患儿80例。分析两组LH、FSH及E2变化情况,并对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:入组时,两组间LH、FSH及E2比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05),完成6个月治疗后,治疗组LH、FSH及E2低于对照组(P<0.05)。在完成6个月的治疗后,治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于GnRHa治疗,金甲散结丸不仅可有效的改善中枢性性早熟患儿的性激素水平,同时也可有效的提高临床治疗效果。Objective： To study the Jinjiasanjie Pill in the treatment of children in central precocious puberty application value and the luteinizing hormone （LH）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH）, estradiol （E2）. Methods： 156 cases of children with central pre- cocious puberty randomly divided into two groups, among them to accept gonadotropin-releasing hormone quasi agent （GnRHa） treat- ment for the control group, 76 cases of children, to accept full Jinjiasanjie Pill treatment for treatment group, 80 cases of children. Analysis, the change of the two groups of LH, FSH and E2, and compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect. Results： into the group, LH, FSH and E2 comparison between the two groups, no statistical difference （P〉 0.05）, completed 6 months after treatment, the treatment group （LH, FSH and E2 is lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）. After completed 6 months of treatment, the total effec- tive rate of treatment group is higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： compared with GnRHa treatment, Jinjiasanjie Pill can effectively improve not only children with central precocious puberty sex hormone levels, at the same time also can effectively im- prove the clinical therapeutic effect.
