医院病案统计工作中现代化管理策略的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨医院病案统计工作中现代化管理策略的价值。方法:在2012年6月-2014年6月间实施常规医院管理,在2014年7月到2016年6月实施病案统计管理,对该时间段内医院的住院死亡患者的一般资料进行统计分析,了解医院管理中实施病案统计的效果。结果:病案组患者对医疗服务质量评分为(94.8±3.7)分与对照组(80.2±5.7)分相比明显较高,P<0.05。结论:在医院现代化管理中实施病案统计工作能有效提升医院管理效果,提升医院医疗服务质量,提升患者治疗效果。Objective： To explore the hospital medical re- cord statistical work in the value of modern management strate- gy. Methods： in June 2012- June 2014 between the regular hospital management, in July 2014 to June 2016 the medical re- cord statistical management, for the time period of hospital pa- tients died in hospital general data statistical analysis, the effect of the implementation of the medical record statistical under- standing of hospital management. Results： period of the death of 368 people, death and disease of type： 104 cases of traumatic craniocerehral injury and cerebral hemorrhage in 82 cases, 47 cases of respiratory failure, 76 cases of malignancy, subdural hematoma 38 cases, other 21 cases. Medical record set period deaths in 213, the death and disease of type： 72 cases of trau- matic head injury, cerebral hemorrhage 58 cases, 25 cases of re- spiratory failure, 35 cases of malignancy, 13 cases of subdural hematoma, other 10 cases. For medical record group of patients for medical service quality score （94.8-3.7） compared with eou- trol group （80.2-5.7） significantly higher, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the implementation of the medical record statistical work in the hospital modernization management can effectively improve the hospital management, improving the quality of hospital medical service, improve patients＇ therapeutic effect.
