摘　　要：目的:探析影响老年髋部骨折术后反应性精神障碍的相关危险因素。方法:选取2014年11月至2016年11月我院收治的107例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,对影响老年髋部骨折术后反应性精神障碍的相关因素进行回顾性分析。结果:107例老年髋部骨折手术患者,术后发生反应性精神障碍31例,未发生76例。两组患者在年龄、术前疼痛评分、血红蛋白浓度、血钠、术中出血量、手术时间、全麻方面差异显著(P<0.05);经多因素分析,年龄、血红蛋白浓度、血钠、全麻为主要危险因素。结论:明确老年髋部骨折术后出现反应性精神障碍的相关因素,并制定针对性的干预措施,为老年髋部骨折术后反应性精神障碍的诊断和治疗提供依据。Objective： To analyze influence postoperative hip fracture associated risk factors of reactive mental disorders. Meth- ods： select in November of 2014 - 2016 in our hospital in February 2016 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture as the research object, affecting the elderly hip fracture surgery related factors of reactive mental disorders were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 107 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture surgery, postoperative reactive mental disorders 31 cases, 76 cases did not occur. In the two groups of patients age, preoperative pain score, concentration of hemoglobin, serum sodium, intraoperative blood loss, operative time, significant differences of general anesthesia （P 〈 0.05）; By multiple factors analysis, age, concentration of hemoglobin, serum sodium, a major risk factor for general anesthesia. Conclusion： postoperative hip fracture appear reactive mental disorders related factors, and formulate corresponding intervention measures, for the hip fracture reactivity provides the basis for the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.
