摘  要:目的:研究分析重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤患者中的PI3K/PKB信号转导通路临床表达及意义。方法:选取健康的成年大鼠30只作为主要的研究对象,随其进行随机分为三组,分别为A组、B组、C组,每组10只,应用胆胰管内递行注射法进行SAP模型的制作。在完成6小时制作之后,取出胰腺组织,完成各组指标的分析。结果:A组、B组、C组三组大鼠的相对指标均存在明显的差异,其中B组跟其他两组差异更为显著。其差异具有显著的统计学意义。A组、B组、C组三组大鼠的胰腺组织内TNF-、L-I蛋白变化以及PKB(碱的电离常数的负对数)变化差异存在明显的统计学意义。结论:重症急性胰腺炎肺损伤患者发病机制的主要原因可能是PI3K/PKB信号转导通路。Objective: To study the expression and significance of PI3K/PKB signal transduction pathway in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods: 30 healthy adult rats were selected as the main research object, and were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group, with each group of 10 rats. The model of SAP was made. After 6 hours of production, remove the pancreatic tissue, complete the analysis of each index. Results: A group, B group, C group, the relative indicators of the three groups were significantly different, B group was significantly different from the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant. The changes of TNF-, L-I protein and PKB in pancreatic tissue of rats in group A, group B and group C were significantly different between the three groups. Conclusion: the main pathogenesis of severe acute panereatitis with lung injury may be the PI3K/PKB signal transduc- tion pathway.
