高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术的围手术期护理研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术的围手术期护理。方法:从我院2013年1月-2016年7月的择期腹腔镜胆囊手术患者中,选取58例高龄患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施优质的围手术期护理,观察两组的护理结果。结果:经护理后观察组患者的临床指标变化优于对照组,且观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊手术中予以优质的围手术期护理可以改善患者的手术指标,降低术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the elderly patients under- going laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing. Methods： From our hospital in June 2013 -July 2016 received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected, 58 cases of elderly patients undergoing elective surgery, were randomly divided in- to control group and observation group of 29 patients in control group were given routine care, to observe the perioperative nurs- ing quality nursing observation group received, the results of the two groups. Results： After nursing observation group of patients with clinical indicators were better than the control group, and the incidence of complications in the experimental group than in the control group, P〈 0.05. Conclusion： In laparoscopic cho- lecystectomy in elderly patients with hand The quality of periop- erative care can improve the operation index of patients, reduce the postoperative complications, it is worthy of clinical application.
