摘　　要：Apelin属于血管内皮源性肽的一种,G蛋白耦联受体APJ为它的内源性配体。Apelin-APJ系统广泛存在与人体多个器官、组织内,作为免疫调节肽的一种,能够参与免疫缺陷疾病和获得性免疫缺陷综合征的(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)免疫反应,控制免疫炎症因子生成;此外,作为心血管活性肽,具有显著的增强机体心肌收缩力、降低血压、扩张血管、拮抗血管紧张素Ⅱ等作用,多项研究指出,Apelin有望成为临床治疗心肺血管疾病的新靶点。Apelin belongs to one of the vascular endothelial derived peptides, and the G protein coupled receptor APJ is its endogenous ligand. Widespread Apelin-APJ system with multiple organs and tissues of human body as a kind of immune regulation pep- tides can participate in immunodeficiency disease and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome （acquired immune deficiency syndrome, AIDS） immune response, immune and inflammatory factor control; in addition, as cardiovascular active peptides, significantly enhance the body muscle contraction stress, lower blood pressure, blood vessel dilatation, angiotensin and so on, many studies pointed out that Apelin is expected to become a new target for clinical treatment of heart and pulmonary vascular diseases.
