含氨基比林和非那西丁成份药物(去痛片)的安全性浅析

摘　　要：目的:了解去痛片的安全性,为广大公众用药安全提供参考。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库中去痛片、索米痛片不良反应文献资料,并进行整理、归纳、统计和分析。结果:共获得50篇可用的相关文献。文献结果表明去痛片常见不良反应是肾脏损害、消化系统损害、皮肤及其附件损害等,且有致死的不良反应病例报告。结论:去痛片的安全风险不容忽视,应重视去痛片不良反应的发生,促进安全合理用药。Objective： To understand the safety of Com- pound Aminopyrine Phenacetin Tablets, and to provide refer-ence for the safety of the general public. Methods： Retrieval China Journal Full-text Database in Compound Aminopyrine-Phenacetin Tablets, Helicid tablets and adverse reactions of lit- erature, summarized, statistics and analysis. Results： A total of 50 relevant literature was obtained. The results showed that the common adverse reactions of Compound Aminopyrine Phenace- tin Tablets were renal damage, digestive system damage, skin and accessory damage, and 2 cases of fatal adverse reactions. Conclusion： The safety risk of Compound AminopyrinePhenac- etin Tablets should not be neglected. We should pay attention to the occurrence of adverse effects of Compound Aminopyrine Phenacetin Tablets and promote safe and rational use of drugs.
